To process your warranty claim efficiently, we need all requested information up front. Providing complete details and photos will help speed things up.

For snowboards, please include:

• Contact details & shipping address
• Photos of the defect (various angles)
• Full board photos (top sheet & base)
• Serial number (stamped on the top sheet)
• Proof of purchase
• Brief description of issue

For bindings, please include:

• Contact details & shipping address
• Photos of the defect (various angles)
• Full binding photos (on and off the board)
• Proof of purchase
• Brief description of issue

For boots, please include:

• Contact details & shipping address
• Photos of the defect (various angles)
• Full boot photos
• Proof of purchase
• Brief description of issue

For apparel/softgoods, please include:
