For snowboards, please include:
- Contact details & shipping address
- Photos of the defect (various angles)
- Full board photos (top sheet & base)
- Serial number (stamped on the top sheet)
- Proof of purchase
- Brief description of issue
For bindings, please include:
- Contact details & shipping address
- Photos of the defect (various angles)
- Full binding photos (on and off the board)
- Proof of purchase
- Brief description of issue
For boots, please include:
- Contact details & shipping address
