What happens after I place an order?Updated 2 months ago

As soon as you complete your purchase at checkout, this is how things will go:

• We receive your order and send you an order confirmation email
• Your payment is processed
• We contact you directly if we spot any errors or have any questions
• Your order is forwarded to the warehouse for packing and shipment
• You receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking link for your shipment as soon as it is scanned by the carrier

You can use your tracking link to follow the delivery all the way to your doorstep. Once you’ve received your tracking number, the package is in the hands of our delivery partner so you will need to reach out to them directly should you need to change your shipping address or delivery options.
