If your shipment was damaged in transit and this is apparent upon delivery, please contact our Rider Service Team to let us know.
Please take and send a couple photos showing the damage to the shipping box and product. We will assess the damage and give you a few different options, including a return label to send the damaged item back. Please note, we are unable to issue a return/refund if the tags/stickers are removed or the product is used.
