If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, here are a few steps you can take:

If you’re unable to locate your package after checking the steps above, please contact us with as many details as possible about your situation. In some cases, a police report or a claim with the shipping carrier may need to be filed before we can move forward with reshipping your order.
