How do I exchange an item?Updated 2 months ago

We’re currently unable to process direct exchanges. However, you can return your item for a full refund and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.

We offer a 45-day return window from the date of purchase, should you want to return any items that may have been ordered by mistake.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition you received them

  • Unworn, unused, with original tags and/or plastic wrapping

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: We cannot accept returns that do not meet these criteria, and discounted or sale items are not eligible for return.
