Please keep in mind that we are only able to issue a refund if the products are returned in an unused condition, including all original packaging, shipping labels and product tags. Any gifts or promotional items received with your purchase must also be returned to complete the refund.

Returns on discounted or sale items are not accepted, unless there are manufacturing defects or shipping damages which are covered by warranty.
