Can I make changes to my order?Updated 2 months ago
In an effort to ship and deliver orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations. This includes item/size changes, delivery address changes and discount/pricing changes.
If your order is already in process with our warehouse, changes and cancellations are not possible. If you've received an order confirmation email, your order has already been received and is being processed.
If your order cannot be changed or cancelled, we recommend placing another order for the correct item, then rejecting the delivery with the carrier on the original order by requesting it be 'returned to sender'. If the unwanted package is delivered, please visit our Returns Center to initiate a return.
