Can I cancel my order?Updated 2 months ago

In order to get customers out on the mountain with their new gear as quickly as possible, orders begin processing as soon as they’re received. Because of this, the system we use doesn’t allow for cancellations once an order has entered the processing stage.

If you've received an order confirmation email, your order has already been received and is being processed at that point, we’re unable to cancel it.

The same applies to changes in shipping address or payment method. Once an order has started processing, updates to those details are no longer possible.

If your order cannot be changed or cancelled, we recommend placing another order for the correct item, then rejecting the delivery with the carrier on the original order by requesting it be 'returned to sender'. If the unwanted package is delivered, please visit our Returns Center to initiate a return.
